- Board of Appeals Notice and Agenda Monday February 17, 2025 6:00 PM Mayfield Town Hall (52 North Main Street) Agenda Discussion and possible approval of a request from Slade & Celia Anderson for a 10 foot fence to create a buffer between the park and their property. The Board may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Board and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. Zoom Meeting ID: 435 528 5061 Incompliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, service, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Town Recorder of Mayfield Town does hereby certify that the above notice agenda was posted in three public places within the Mayfield Town limits and on the utah public notice website on the 14th day of February, 2025.
