- LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On February 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Travis Heaton's request for review of the Heaton Zone Change from RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to R-1-Flex (residential) on 0.73 acres located at 285 South 500 West. Public hearing and recommendation of Lydon Dangerfield's request for review of the KAZ Design Build Zone Change from RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to R-1-Flex (residential) on 0.99 acres located at 850 North 1200 East.
