- Torrey Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that Torrey Mayor, Mickey Wright and Members of the Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to open and close the 2025 Torrey Budget on Thursday the 13th day of February 2025, at 6:30 pm at the Torrey Town Office located at 75 E 100 N.
