- January 2025 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold it regular scheduled business meeting on January 9, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Public Concerns 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Appointment of new board member and oath of office 5. Amend 2024 December Budget. (Terre) 6. Report on 2024 customer liens 7. Marriott Hotel sewer connection (ERU's) 8. Billing of sewer backup (Garrard) 9. Distribution: 'Lake Point Improvement District Policy and Procedure Manual' (Keith) 10. Adobe Rock Ranch inquiry for sewer and water service 11. Truck expense: (OMWC to charge for use of company truck) 12. Operations: No ice covers on lagoons to date 13. Lagoon yearly operation review for 2024 14. Draft of renewal UPDES submittal i. Ammonia pound limitation ii. Phosphorus limitation iii. TSS, BOD, Coliform, unchanged iv. Chlorine: Max 2.0 ppm, no dechlorination of effluent v. Zero discharge still being considered 15. Audit (Terre) 16. Will serve letters 17. Commercial fees 18. Franchise Agreement (Todd) 19. Tentative 2025 Board Meeting schedule. 20. Other District Business or Trustee Concerns 21. Adjournment
