- NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday January 3, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes December 6, 2022 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 7:05- Matt Regan- Report on 2022 fiscal year audit 1. Assignment of Council Duties- Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Town Council meeting schedule 2022 3. Questions regarding manure digester- Tom Griffin 4. Business License- C & J Diesel Bros.- Caleb Andrus & Justin Blake 5. Discussion regarding 2023 tax rates 6. Discussion on Town Appreciation Dinner 7. Discussion regarding update of Animal Control Ordinance 8. Parks update 9. Water update 10. Planning & Zoning update 11. Roads update 12. Mayor Update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Macall Smith, Town Recorder, (435) 563-9929, at least 24 hours before the meeting.
