Approval of minutes from 3 previous meetings: November 20 2024, December 18 2024 and December 30 2024. 2. Request to expend funds to purchase Tablets for board members (Shawn Labrum, Ryan Cook, Mark Raymond and Bob Leake) 3. Request to expend funds to purchase Desk and chair for UTSSD office 4. Approval of expenditures for December 2024. 5. Attorney Contract for permanent Attorney 6. Follow up matters from December 18th & 30th meetings. 7. Updates and Other Business 8. Public Comments Adjourn
