- AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Tech Ridge Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TECH RIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON FEBRUARY 10, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 3:30 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Preliminary Action Items 1. Consisider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on February 3, 2025 D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-05, A RESOLUTION CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TECH RIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE TECH RIDGE ASSESSMENT AREA (THE 'ASSESSMENT AREA'), AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DESIGNATION RESOLUTION AND AN ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE ASSESSMENT AREA; APPROVING THE APPRAISAL FOR THE ASSESSMENT AREA; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY SUCH RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS.
