- Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Gary Hughes & Wendy Jo Jensen - Free WiFi summer sponsorship. 2. Breanne Keisel - Plans for upcoming Miss Manti Scholarship Pageant. 3. Ned Armstrong - Presentation concerning proposed 'Spirit of Freedom' pageant. 4. Susan Manning - Request to address Mayor and Council concerning proposed Family Dollar / Dollar Tree retail store. 5. Kent Barton - monthly financial report - February 2023 statements. 6. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning proposed Family Dollar store and commercial development. b. Lamar & Colleen Rogers - request for consideration of ordinance change. 7. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jeff Killian Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 8. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 9. Mayor Bigelow. 10. Consideration of minutes of the previous meetings. (February 15th Council Meeting) 11. City Manager Kent Barton. 12. Closed Session (if needed).
