- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. 1. Opening Business: Welcome Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Action/Discussion Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: Dec 4, 2024, Regular Planning Meeting Dec 4, 2024, Public Hearing c. Ordinance correction recommendation b. Permit Applications: New House - N. Childs New Shed/Outbuilding - J. Rosquist New Shed/Outbuilding - A. Cook 3. Reports: Office issued permits: Reroof - V. Jones Gas Service - G. Woods Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
