- Agenda Emery County Special Service District #1 Box Room @ 10:00 a.m. February 10, 2025 Welcome/Approval of January 13, 2025, meeting minutes. Review the Board bylaws. Discuss/Award contract to the lowest qualified bidder for the 9-mile dip project. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering - Report on current projects. Fall Crack Seal Project 4-BLM Dip Projects, ECRD #332 2025 Crack Seal Project CKC Tree Removal/Trim project Discuss/Approve any change order and project advancement. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of mineral lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: Approval of the distribution of mineral lease revenue: For Nov., in the gross amount of $26,728.88 less the Carbon shift of $7,144.00 for a net amount of $19,584.88 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $979.24, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $18,605.64 ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 8,744.65 Fire SSD - 16% $ 2,976.90 CVSSD - 16% $ 2,976.90 Rec SSD - 16% $ 2,976.90 North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 930.29 Adjourn.
