- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public staff meeting through Zoom https://zoom.us meeting ID #3278889056, commencing on February 4, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING, NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Approval for new mini excavator in the amount of $87,819.00 2. Approval of Standard Details 3. Meeting dates and times 4. Authorization for projects: (See attached) - Pizzel Meter Install - Sewer Metering - Grinder Station - Timberline Parking Waterline - Cobabe/Pizzel Treatment Design - Test Well Drilling 5. Approval of Contract for rental of 13 sewer meters of the sewer infiltration. 6. Discussion of date for Sewer Capital Facilities Plan with Chair and Vice Chair Closed Session CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed District Clerk for Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District Office does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted as required by law this February 3, 2025.
