- Notice of Boulder Planning Commission Public Hearing Boulder Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their special meeting on Thursday February 13, 2025, (Regular meeting starts at 6:00 PM.) The hearing is to receive public comment regarding: Hells Backbone Farms Real Estate BLLC acquired the restaurant and lodging property located at 20 N Highway 12, Boulder, UT 84716 in January 2025 and is submitting this application for a Conditional Use Permit to add a food truck on the grounds. The meeting and hearing will be held at the Boulder Town Community Center, as well as electronically via Zoom connection.
