Public hearing to consider rate increase for wastewater services in Pinon Hills 2. Consider a resolution approving the rate increase for wastewater service in Pinon Hills 3. Open and Public Meeting Act (OPMA) training 4. Ethics presentation a. Annual Commitment of Ethical Behavior Form b. Conflict of Interest Form 5. Safety Committee 2024 Year in Review 6. Review Water Efficient Landscape Program Administrative Procedures 7. Regional Reuse Purification System update 8. Consider approval of 2025 Reuse Owner Advisor Work Plan with Stantec 9. Consider approval of Reuse Authorization Contracts with Ivins, Santa Clara, Washington and Toquerville Cities 10.
