- MEETING NOTICE of the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District NOTICE is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District Board of Trustees will meet at the anchor location of the Richins Building 1885 Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Call to order and roll call. 2. Public comments on items not on the agenda. 3. Discussion and possible action on the draft minutes of the January 8th, 2025, meeting. Exhibit 1 4. Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with the Summit County Attorney's Office for obtaining legal services. Discussion leader: Attorney Ryan Stack. Exhibit 2 5. Update on creating a District website. Discussion leader: Will Seggos. 6. Discussion and possible action to adopt procurement policies and open a bank account. Discussion leaders: Bill Oshinsky and Will Seggos. Exhibit 3 7. Report from Site Selection Sub-committee regarding the status of the UOP site vis-a-vis other possible sites. Discussion leader: Pete Gilwald (a) Report on UOP Advisory Committee meeting. (b) Discussion and possible action on Sub-committee recommendation. Exhibit 4 8. Next steps in Creating a District business plan: (a) What questions do we want answered? (b) What experts do we want to hear from? (c) What are the parameters for seeking RFPs from consultants? 9. Agenda items for March 5, 2025, meeting. 10. Adjournment
