- CEDAR CITY CORPORATION Fiddler's Canyon Park Construction Design- 2025 Request for Proposals Summary Sheet 1. Project: Produce construction documents for the Fiddler's Canyon Park. 2. Location: Cedar City, Utah 3. Project Administrator: Ken Nielson, 2090 West Royal Hunte Drive, Cedar City, Utah 84720, Telephone (435) 586-6016. 4. Proposal Due Date: 5:00 PM on February 11th to Ken Nielson, Cedar City Leisure Services Director 2090 West Royal Hunte Drive, Cedar City, Utah 84720, Telephone: (435) 586-6016, Email: knielson@cedarcityut.gov 5. Type of Proposal Required: Cedar City is requesting a written proposal for architecture/engineering services necessary do develop construction drawings for an existing park concept plan. Cedar City reserves the right to reject all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. 6. The proposals will be reviewed by City Staff. The final award of the project is subject to a vote of the Cedar City Council. The successful proponent will be required to enter into a written agreement with Cedar City prior to commencement of work. 7. Remarks: Please read the full proposal packet for additional information.
