- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING February 6, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Vernon Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and Public regular meeting on February 6, 2025, at 7:00PM at the Vernon Fire Station 325 South Main Street Vernon, UT 84080, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning amendments to Title ORDINANCE NUMBER 2025-01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, OF THE VERNON LAND USE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT CODE. Consideration of Chapter 2 Definitions. The Town is proposing various amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements.
