- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order Approval of Agenda: Approval of Minutes of the previous meetings: BUSINESS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING - REVISED TOWN OF ORDERVILLE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE 2. CONSIDER A POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION TO THE ORDERVILLE TOWN BOARD FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL OF THE REVISED TOWN OF ORDERVILLE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE 3. CONSIDER RECOMMENDING FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT BENNETT AT 130 SOUTH 100 EAST, ORDERVILLE FOR A SHORT-TERM RENTAL 4. CONSIDER RECOMMENDING FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR VRBO INVESTMENTS LLC/MICAH YOUNG AT 125 SOUTH CENTER STREET, ORDERVILLE FOR QUASI PUBLIC USE 5.
