- Notice is hereby given that the Sanpete County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss and possibly recommend for approval an update of ordinance 13.24.200 within the Sanpete County Subdivision Ordinance. The purposed change being considered is requiring 1.5-acre foot of water for a home and increase to 2 acre feet for an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), instead of currently 1-acre foot of water for a home and 1.5 acre feet of water for an ADU.
