- Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Castle Dale City will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, at 6:45pm. This hearing will be held in conjunction with the regular Land Use Committee meeting starting at 6:30pm. - Updating subdivision ordinance to comply with the State requirements Notice is hereby given that the Planning Committee of Castle Dale City will hold its zoning meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. The agenda will be as follows: Pledge of allegiance Opening statement Approve October 2024 minutes Discussion on subdivision ordinance Public hearing Action steps FTW Electrical and Construction business license Fausett Transport business license Flood plains - Kerry Any other item that can properly come before the committee
