BOX 460 DUCHESNE, UTAH 84021 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Duchesne County Special Service District #3 will meet on Monday, January 27, 2025. Meeting will be held at the Duchesne County Administrative Offices, 734 N. Center Street, Duchesne, Utah at 5:00 p.m. Agenda Items: Business: o Discussion and Approval of the 2025 Chairman o Discussion of 2024 Audit o 2024 Financial Certification o Approval of Minutes - December 23, 2024 o Training Incentives o Bills o Business o Conflict Disclosures o Fraud Risk Assessment o Approve 2025 Amended Budget o Date for Next Meeting I, Connie Sweat, Special Service District #3 Secretary, certify that on January 23, 2025, pursuant to U.C.A., 52-4-202, this notice was posted 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
