- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 5:30 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 & via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF VIRGIN, UTAH, PROVIDING THAT THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE (VULU) CODE BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 2.12 DEFINITIONS; REPEALING SECTION 8.40 OUTDOOR LIGHTING; AND ADDING A NEW CHAPTER TO BE NUMBERED CHAPTER 50 OUTDOOR LIGHTING B. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONE LOCATIONS IN CHAPTERS 32, 40 AND 44 OF THE VIRGIN LAND USE CODE
