- PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Education of Jordan School District will meet to administer the Oath of Office to new and re-elected Board members and to elect new officers on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the JATC South Campus, 12723 S. Park Avenue, Riverton, Utah. Patrons may view the meeting online at https://boardmeeting.jordandistrict.org/. AGENDA January 14, 2025 1. SPECIAL SESSION - OPEN MEETING - 6:30 p.m. A. Pledge of Allegiance B. Reverence C. Oath of Office for the Board of Education Ms. Nikila Venugopal, Salt Lake County Chief Deputy Clerk Administration of the Oath of Office to new and re-elected members of the Board of Education. Darrell Robinson District 1 (re-elected) Suzanne Wood District 3 (new) Erin Barrow District 4 (new) Bryce Dunford District 5 (re-elected) Niki George District 6 (re-elected) D. Comments by New and Re-elected Board Members E. Organization of the Board of Education: Election of New Board Officers Mr. John Larsen, Business Administrator The election of officers for the Board of Education will be conducted in compliance with Board Policy GP104 Board Officers. F. Recommendation to Authorize Board President and Business Administrator to Sign Contracts, Agreements, and Checks Mr. John Larsen, Business Administrator As a result of the changes in Board leadership, the District is required to have the appropriate persons sign contracts, agreements, checks, etc. on behalf of the District. Approval will allow the District to make the necessary signature changes in accordance with Board Policy GP105 Board President's Role. G. Motion to Adjourn
