You may not give your time up to another person. 5. Discussion and action on 6. Ordinance 2024-A Subdivisions (draft 12-13-24) 7. Ordinance 2024-B Zoning Chapter 153 -(draft 12-15-24) 8. Ordinance 2024-C Building and Construction Regulations, (draft 12-12-24) 9. 'Prior to Recording' Affidavit 10. RSTR Temporary Ordinance: Discussion and approve for hearing and final action in January 11. Fee Schedule, Land Use fees (prelim app, final app, appeals, etc.). Vote on resolution. 12.
