Applicant(s): Dallas and Nicole Brown. 3. Consideration of appeal and possible action by Appeal Authority. 4. Adjourn. PLEASE NOTE: Public attendance is allowed at Appeal Authority Administrative Hearing under the Utah Open Meetings Act. Public comment may be permitted only at the discretion of the Appeal Authority.
