- The North Logan Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, March 2, 2023 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be made available through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Commission Work Session: 1. ZTA-2023-02: Work session discussion regarding the city's current subdivision access requirements and potential updates to facilitate interconnectivity. 2. Planning Commission Training: ULCT seminar recap - TDRs, Open Space Preservation, & Community Character. Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion. * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion. * Set Next Agenda (3/16/2023) and/or Adjourn.
