PLANNING MEETING AGENDA 75 West Center Street, Fillmore UT 84631 TUESDAY, January 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. 7:00 P.M. ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome by Chairman Bailey - Approve or modify the minutes of the meeting on January 08, 2025. - City Council report - Councilmember Alldredge. - To nominate Michael Hare as Planning Commissioner and Don E Fulmer to Alternant Planning Commissioner. 7:05 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Expansion Annexation Map for the Moulding and Pratt annexation located approximately 400 West 500 North. 7:10 P.M. BUSINESS - To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for an amendment to the Fillmore City Expansion Annexation Map for the Moulding and Pratt annexation located approximately 400 West 500 North. - Recommend to approve, modify, or deny the final development plan for Prairie Haven Fillmore City Municipal Code 10-7S-6(F) 7:20 P.M.
