Welcome 2. Consideration of Previous Meeting Minutes: August 20, 2024 3. Financial Update 4. Action Item: Transfer $1,000,000 from the Preservation Fund to the Construction Grant Fund 5. Action Item: Ivins City requests $700,000 funding from the Construction Grant Fund to pay for right-of-way for their Western Corridor along the Black Desert Property. 6. Action Item: Ivins City requests $1,400,000 funding from the Construction Grant Fund to pay for right-of-way for their Western Corridor along the Retreat at Snow Canyon Property REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: Efforts will be made to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing this meeting.
