- Mountainville Academy Board Meeting Agenda December 18th, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Mountainville Academy Board of Trustees will hold a Board Meeting and Executive Session at The Lodge at Traverse Mountain - 3940 Traverse Mountain Blvd. Lehi, UT 84043 on December 18th, 2024 at 5:30 pm. BOARD MEETING 1. WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER - 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS General Development 3. ACTION ITEMS 4. CLOSED/EXECUTIVE SESSION The Board will consider a motion to close the meeting to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, and/or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in conformance with 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq., Utah Code Ann. 5. ACTION ITEMS FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION: Vote on Owner's Representative proposals 6. ADJOURN
