- JANUARY 13, 2025 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1916 West 450 South (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Keith Smith for a commercial site plan for a retail and office building, located at approximately 1916 West 450 South in The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. 2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1262 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of The Boulevard Development, LLC for a commercial site plan for a restaurant, located at approximately 1262 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict, with the Boulevard Mixed Use Overlay. Review and approve the minutes for the December 9, 2024 meeting. For assistance in understanding the above items, you may contact City Planner, Jacob Hawkins, at (801) 785-6057.
