(As Needed) PUBLIC HEARING(S) OAM2024-001259 - (Continued from September 18, and November 20, 2024) - Consideration and possible action on an Ordinance amending 5.19.010, 19.42.030, 19.04.070, 19.23.040, 19.040.020 and adding Section 19.42.100 to the Brighton Code of Ordinances in order to: Clarify the definitions of 'kitchen,' 'second kitchen,' 'dwelling unit,' and 'owner occupancy;' Create a definition of 'caretaker's living quarters;' Allow for internal accessory dwelling units to be used as caretaker's living quarters within a licensed short-term rental; Allow caretaker's living quarters as a permitted use in Forestry Zones, and Create a set of use standards for 'caretaker's living quarters.'
