Call to Order Invocation: Councilor Larry Gines Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of the November 26, 2024 City Council Meeting Minutes 3. Approval of the Invoice Register dated December 9, 2024 4. Public Comment - This is the public's opportunity to briefly comment on items not on the agenda 5. Possible Ordinance 2024-07, An Ordinance granting and Electric Utility Franchise and General Utility Easement to Rocky Mountain Power 6. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance establishing a moratorium on subdivision applications and exceptions thereto, and administration procedures 7.
