This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn/. 11:30 Lunch 11:40 Board Chair brings the meeting to order. 11:45 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to DCalacino@saltlakecounty.gov by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 11:50 Business Item - Approval of November 2024 Minutes Board will vote on the approval of the November 2024 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval 11:55 Division Director's Report Chris Otto, Division Director Chris will provide a brief overview of division-wide updates. Informational: No Action Required 12:10 2025 Conflict of Interest Forms Danielle Calacino, Office Supervisor Danielle will discuss the annual conflict of interest disclosure statement process and collect board members' forms. Informational: No Action Required 12:15 Board Business - Recreation Centers Holiday Closures Discussion Informational: No Action Required 12:25 ZAP Overview Walt Gilmore, Associate Director of Planning & Development Will discuss the process and timeline of ZAP. Informational: No Action Required 12:45 Section Report: The Year in Review Walt Gilmore, Associate Director of Planning & Development Patrick Leary, Associate Director of Parks, Trails, and Open Space Eliza Fesolai, Recreation Section Manager Brent Laulusa, Associate Director of Administration and Finance Callista Pearson, Communications & PR Manager Jerry Brewster, Associate Director of Golf Each section will provide brief updates on their current projects and programs.
