'As the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the WPR Public Improvement District, I hereby call this regular meeting of the Board to order at ___ P.M. on December 10, 2024, at 36 S State Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. In compliance with the requirements of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Law: (i) notice of this meeting has been duly posted and published, and (ii) this meeting is being recorded and minutes of the meeting, in its entirety, are being kept.' I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Administer Oath of Office. C. Consider election of officers and clerk. D. Review and consider approval of November 11, 2024 Minutes (enclosure). E. Adopt annual meeting schedule for 2025 and provide for publication of notice (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Conduct public hearing on the amendment to the General Fund of the budget for calendar year 2024 and consider adoption of the same (enclosure). B. Conduct public hearing on the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025 and consider adoption of the same (enclosure). C. Review and consider engagement of auditor to perform 2024 Audit (enclosure). III. MANAGER MATTERS A. Consider approval of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP statements of work for 2025 (enclosure). IV.
