Snowbasin Road Huntsville, Utah 84317 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda. I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Review and consider approval of November 18, 2024 Minutes (enclosure). C. Adopt annual meeting schedule for 2025 and provide for publication of notice (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Conduct public hearing on the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025 and consider adoption of the same (enclosure). III. MANAGER MATTERS A. Consider approval of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP statements of work for 2025 (enclosure). IV. OTHER BUSINESS V. ADJOURNMENT
