Call to Order/Declaration of Quorum 2. Preliminary Action Items 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Public Comment - Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. 5. Action Items a. Approve Minutes from November 6, 2024 Special Meeting b. Approve Resolution No. 1 Accepting Costs Pursuant to Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement 6.
