- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Duchesne City Planning & Zoning will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Duchesne City Office, 500 E Main Street, Duchesne to discuss and possibly adopt Duchesne City Airport Overlay Ordinance 25-1 PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING AGENDA Meeting held at Duchesne City Office Building, 500 E Main, Duchesne, UT at the below date and time. Monday, January 13, 2025 at 6pm Commission: Lynn Hamilton, Danita Hinton, Clay Crozier, Deborah Herron, Valorie McLean AGENDA 1. Roll Call, Prayer, Pledge 2. Minutes Attachment: 11.25.2024 Meeting Minutes 3. PUBLIC HEARING - Duchesne Airport Overlay Ordinance 25-1 Open Hearing: Comments: (Anyone wishing to address the Planning & Zoning Commission may do so freely at this time. Please step to the podium, state your name and address, THEN address the Commission. Your comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.) Close Hearing: 4. Duchesne Townsite Road Vacation: Clint Peatross 5. 15-minute Open Session The City of Duchesne welcomes you and thanks you for your time and concerns. If you wish to address the Planning & Zoning Commission, this is the time set on the agenda for you to do so. When you are recognized, please step to the podium, state your name and address, then address the Commission. Your comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. The Commission may not respond to your comments this evening, rather they may take your comments and suggestions under advisement and provide direction to the appropriate member of City Staff for follow-up.
