- Myton City Housing Authority ('MCHA') Board of Commissioners will hold its Board Meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 125 East Main Street, Myton, Utah 84052. 1. Welcome by Chair Harding 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes 4. Public Comment 5. Board Discussion of MCHA Administration and Governance. Discussion of records (handout) 6. Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 52-4-204 and 52-4-205(1)(a). 7. Open Session Discussion 8. MCHA Board Action - Termination of Housing Choice Voucher Program Agreement (October 6, 2010) Resolution 2024-3. 9. Other 10. Adjourn Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Myton City Housing Authority at 435- 722-2711 prior to the meeting. Closed Session - The MCHA Board may consider a motion to enter into a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
