- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Nordic Village Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Public Hearing and Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF NORDIC VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JANUARY 10, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 8:30 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance, by the District, of its Limited Tax General Obligation and Special Revenue Bonds, Series 2025A and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation and Special Revenue Bonds, Series 2025B (the 'Bonds') (b)any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector. (Public Comment up to three minutes) D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on December 20, 2024. E. Action Items F. Administrative Non-Action Items G. Other Items From Board Members H.
