Box 175, Annabella, UT 84711 ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Annabella Town Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Annabella Town Hall, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen will be conducting the meeting. The agenda is as follows (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or items may be discussed in any order): Town Council Meeting - 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Citizen Input - limited to three minutes per comment. II. Appointments A. Rick Roberts, Kimball & Roberts, financial statements and audit review B. Parker Vercimak, Jones & DeMille, secondary water use/rate structure options III. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Discussion on secondary water rate options D. Public hearing scheduling: Decide on the date and time to hold a public hearing to present proposed secondary water rate options. E. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-02, the Updated Land Management and Development Code F. Discussion and review of updated Personnel Policy G. Discussion on the upcoming Maintenance Supervisor position vacancy IV. Department Business A. Beautification, Parks & Activities B. Cemetery C. Roads D. Water V. Other Business VI.
