(As Needed) PUBLIC HEARING(S) OAM2024-001259 - (Continued from September 18, 2024) - Consideration and possible action on an Ordinance amending 5.19.010, 19.42.030, 19.04.070, 19.040.020 and adding Section 19.42.100 to the Brighton Code of Ordinances in order to: Clarify the definitions of 'kitchen,' 'second kitchen,' 'dwelling unit,' and 'owner occupancy;' Create a definition of 'caretaker's living quarters;' Allow for internal accessory dwelling units to be used as caretaker's living quarters within a licensed short-term rental; and Create a set of use standards for 'caretaker's living quarters.' Planner: Curtis Woodward (Discussion/Motion) OAM2024-001271 - (Continued from October 16, 2024) - Public Hearing on Drafted Title 18 (Subdivisions). MSD Staff has been working on draft amendments to Title 18 (Subdivisions) of the Town of Brighton Municipal Code in response to comply with 2024 Utah State Legislative Mandates. This change affects all areas within the Town of Brighton. The drafted sections of Title 18 will be proposed as a repeal and replacement of existing Title 18 of the Municipal Code. This change covers ordinance text amendments ONLY. There is no map amendments proposed at this time. Planner: Morgan Julian (Discussion/Motion)
