- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Duchesne County Office Building at 734 North Center Street in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following: - Welcome - Public Comments - Discussion & Consideration of Minutes from November 13, 2024 - Update From Forsgren Engineer Jason Broome on The Utahn Tank and Pipeline - Discussion & Consideration of a Change Order on The Utahn Tank and Pipeline Project - Discussion & Consideration of Burdick Materials Relocating A Water Line - Discussion & Consideration of Policy Changes - Updates from District Manager Meters Equipment purchases Antelope lines Delinquencies - Consideration of Updated Items from District Manager - Review Of Budgets, Bank Statements, Payroll, Invoices, Etc. - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to discuss: 1. The Character, Professional Competence, Physical, or Mental Health of an Individual. 2. Collective Bargaining. 3. Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation. 4. The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property. 5. Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems. 6. To Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct. - Consideration to take action that was discussed under closed meeting. - Adjournment
