- HINCKLEY TOWN 161 E 300 N - PO BOX 138 Hinckley, UT 84635 Phone: 435-864-3522 Fax: 435-864-3341 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, December 11, 2024, BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. REPORT OF BOARD - COMMITTEE'S COMMISSION: JOE TAYLOR/ CHAIRMAN MEMBERS: MARGENE STEVENS, JOY PARTRIDGE, CLARK MORTENSEN, CRISTA KAMAN VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Application to Appear - Gregory Warner, Apex Development Partners. Re-zone part of Parcel H-2191 to Residential (R-1) to allow multi family. Approximately 700 West Center, current owner Justin Louder. 2. Building Permit Application - Spring Solar, Shauna Bingham. Solar on home at 331 W. Center. 3. Application to Appear - Lori Singleton. Split Parcel H-2026, 100 E 202 N, into a 1 acre parcel and a 5.8 acre parcel 4. Review Subdivision Ordinance Amendments prepared by Mile Hansen to amend Hinckley Town Code, Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 19 Subdivisions, to comply with the State of Utah laws regarding the division of land. VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS VIII.
