- Wasatch County Mineral Lease Special Service District #9 Mineral Lease Board Hearing Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Mineral Lease Special Service District #9 will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 12th, 2024 at the Wasatch County Public Works Building located at 1891 west 3000 south, Heber City, UT at 6:00 pm. Agenda i. Welcome ii. Review of November 6th, 2024 minutes iii. Project and purchase updates iv. Review and approval of 2024 amendments v. Review and approval of 2025 budget vi. Committee Concerns/Updates/Issues vii. Schedule next meeting viii. Adjourn Meeting The purpose of this Public Hearing is to review and welcome public comment regarding the 2025 Mineral Lease budget.
