- NOTICE OF 2025 BOARD MEETING DATES FOR THE COTTONWOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. Board meetings will be held at the District office located at 8620 S. Highland Drive in Sandy, UT on the following dates and times in 2025: January 15 - 3:30 p.m. February 19 - 3:30 p.m. March 19 - 3:30 p.m. April 16 - 3:30 p.m. May 21 - 3:30 p.m. June 18 - 3:30 p.m. July 16 - 3:30 p.m. August 20 - 3:30 p.m. September 17 - 3:30 p.m. October 15 - 3:30 p.m. November 18 Board Mtg. & Election Canvass - 5:00 p.m. November 18 Budget Public Hearing - 6:00 p.m. December 17 - 3:30 p.m.
