- WALES TOWN COUNCIL Notice and Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Meeting call to order Rollcall Pledge of Allegiance Prayer/Inspirational Thought Approval of minutes of regular council meeting held on November 6, 2024. Approval for payment of November 2024 invoices Business & Petitions (including items to be voted upon) 1. Water leak relief-Washburn 2. Water leak relief-Reyes 3. Discuss/approve new subdivision ordinance as presented by planning & zoning 4. Discuss hiring out: backhoe fork attachment welding 5. Discuss hiring out: moving old truck toolboxes to plow truck 6. Rocky Mtn Power estimate to install meters for speed signs 7. Water fee-evaluate in Dec 2024 or Jan 2024 Reports of town officers and boards Mayor Byron Davis: Water--Council member Brandon Rees; Wendle Roberts 1. Donate old meters, etc. to Curt Ludvigson RWAU Streets--Council member David Larsen Parks-Council member James Roberts Cemetery--Council member Hayden Nicholes Fire Dept.--Shawn Robison Emergency Preparedness--check on resources available through Utah State and Military Administration--Kevin Washburn, Erika Anderson 1.
