- BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah will meet in public session Monday December 2, 2024, at 6:00 PM at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 1. Public Hearing regarding the intent to amend the 2024 budget 2. Consider resolution amending the 2024 budget 3. Public Hearing regarding intent to adopt the 2025 budget 4. Consider a resolution adopting the 2025 budget 5. Consider a resolution allocating any excess fund balance in the general fund to the capital projects fund 6. Presentation and discussion regarding small lot water use 7. Presentation and discussion regarding the development of ultra-efficient water standards 8. Request from Don Fawson (LDWA) to address the board regarding Leeds request to join the RWSA 9. Consider approval of bid for the Quail to Cottam Pump Stations Project 10. Consider approval of bid for Chief Toquer Reservoir for construction 11. Consider resolution updating personal policy & procedures regarding pay dates, PTO sale back and on-call pay 12. 2025 Meeting schedule 13. Managers' report 14. Request for closed session to discuss the following: a. litigation b. the purchase of real property c. general manager performance review 15.
