- HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Thursday, December 1st, 2022, Huntsville Town Maintenance Building Office, 165 South 7500 East Huntsville, UT, 84317, 6:00 p.m. Planning Commission Meeting and 6:45 Town Council Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission Meeting will hold a Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday, December 1st, at 6:00 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Maintenance Building Office (South Side Entrance), 165 South 7500 East, Huntsville, Utah. This is a public meeting, and the public is welcome to attend. The meeting will also provide a Zoom Connection. The Zoom link and YouTube link can be found on the front page of our website at www.huntsvilletown.com. The Huntsville Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting following the Planning Commission Meeting at 6:45 p.m. at the same location. This meeting is also a public meeting, and the public is welcome to attend. A separate Zoom link will provided for this meeting and can be found on our website at www.huntsvilletown.com. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: 1. Welcome - Allen Endicott 2. Public Comment 3. Discussion and/or action on Steve Johnson boundary line adjustment. 4. Adjourn REGULAR SESSION: 1. Welcome - Sandy Hunter 2. Pledge of Allegiance - by invitation 3. Opening Ceremony - by invitation 4. Public Comments: Residents will be allotted three (3) minutes. 5. Presentation of the 2021-2022 Audit: 6. Sheriff's Report: ACTION ITEMS: 7. Discussion and/or action on the acceptance of the audit for 2022. 8. Discussion and/or action on approval of Shannon Smith as an official signer for the Town of Huntsville. 9. Discussion and/or action on approval of minutes for Town Council Work Session for November 17, 2022. 10. Discussion and/or action on approval of minutes for Town Council meeting November 17, 2022. 11. Discussion and/or action on approval of Resolution 2022-10-20 adopting developing agreement with the Wangsgard 41 Trust. 12. Discussion and/or action on approval of contract amendment for Steve Benjamin. 13.
