State St., Ste. 500, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Administer Oath of Office (enclosure). D. Consider election of officers and clerk. E. Review and consider approval of minutes from September 24, 2024 special meeting (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Approve and/or ratify approval of payment of claims (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of September 30, 2024 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure). III. MANAGER MATTERS A. Consider approval of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP statement of work for management services in 2025 (enclosure). IV. OPERATIONAL MATTERS V. LEGAL MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of Infrastructure Acquisition Resolution (enclosure). VI. TRUSTEES' MATTERS VII. OTHER BUSINESS VIII. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office, published on the Utah Public Notice Website, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.]
