- Mountain View Special Service District December 2023 Meeting & Budget Hearing The MOUNTAIN VIEW SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT Administrative Control Board will meet at 6:15 P.M. on December 29, 2023 at 1273 North 6450 West, Cedar City, Utah to consider the following matters: Approve minutes from 2023 budget hearing and meeting Amend the 2023 budget to reflect actual expenditures Review and approve 2023 expenses Review and approve 2024 Proposed Budget Resolution adding signers to Chartway Federal accounts Review and authorize Terry Smith as the Cross Connection Control Administrator for MVSSD Review and approve the annual fraud assessment forms Review and collect executed forms: 1. Ethical Behavior Policy 2. Conflict of Interest Policy Review and approve system maintenance items & purchase of additional system equipment in 2024 Board Training for Open Meeting Requirements Review of delinquent water user list submitted to ICT Review of Copper and Lead line survey due October 2024 Any other items for discussion Public comments limited to 5 minutes each. *A copy of the proposed budget is available for review 7 days prior to meeting by request to mtviewssd@hotmail.com A copy will be returned by email. Notice posted on all 3 mail boxes prior to 6:15 P.M. on 12/19/2023 and on the Public Notice Website Notice of Special Accommodations: Mountain View SSD does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or the provision of services.
