- Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Impact Fee Enactment for the Cottonwood Improvement District The Cottonwood Improvement District will convene a public hearing on the 15th day of January 2025 at 3:30 p.m. before the Board of Trustees of the District at the District's office located at 8620 Highland Drive, Sandy UT 84093, to hear public comments on a new Impact fee Enactment for the District. Copies of the proposed Impact Fee Enactment may be obtained from the District office and is also attached to this notice. Based on the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis prepared for the District, the impact fee per ERU will increase from the current impact fee charged by the District.
